Basically, the DEWSTEP® works by moderately restraining your stride with your front foot through the use of a stride regulator attached to the foot harness. Because the stride regulator is designed to unsnap under a certain amount of pull, it helps you control your stride rather than actually preventing your foot from moving forward. This minimizes the forward motion without immobilizing your foot - helping you experience and learn the sensation of optimal weight transfer through your swing and stride motion.
Sharing: Hitters can easily take turns using the DEWSTEP®. With additional foot harnesses, each person can be prepared to "step up to the plate" and clip the stride regulator to their foot harness.
